Pauline K. Dill

Pauline King Dill, 79, of Prosperity, died Saturday, December 19, 2015, at her residence.

Born on January 21, 1936, in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Morris and Blanche Osteen King. She was a member of Enoree Baptist Church and was a Newberry Shrinette.

Mrs. Dill is survived by her husband, William Dill; daughters, Debra (Kenny) Bowen of Casar, NC, Rena Parker and Sherry Bedenbaugh both of Prosperity; sisters, Edith Solesbee of Travelers Rest, Lois (Robert) Mostellar, Lucille Carter and Gladys Samples all of Greer; a brother, Mitchell (Armatha) King of Greer; a special sister-in-law, Trudy King; grandchildren, Billy (Marianna) Bowen, Dean (Heather) Bowen, Brantlee Parker, Corie (Aaron) Franklin and Alex Bedenbaugh and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, James H. King and William King and grandchildren, Ricky Bowen and Will Bedenbaugh.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Jimmy Counts. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of Sherry Bedenbaugh, 262 Ira Kinard Road, Prosperity, SC and will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Will Power Foundation, 262 Ira Kinard Road, Prosperity, SC 29127.

Active pallbearers will be Aaron Franklin, Kenny Bowen, Billy Bowen, Sammy Lanford, Alex Bedenbaugh, C.J. Edwards and David Bradwell.
