Randy Floyd

Randall Graham Floyd, 70, of Pomaria, died Friday, January 10, 2020 at his residence.

Born on May 5, 1949 in Newberry, he was a son of Dorothy Annette Graham Floyd and the late John Vinal Floyd, Sr.. He was a Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was the retired owner of Floyd Erectors. Mr. Floyd was a member of Cross Point Church, the Newberry Shrine Club and the Prosperity Masonic Lodge 115 AFM.

He is survived in addition to his mother, Annette Floyd of Pomaria by sons, Bryan (Vanessa) Floyd and Chad (Julie) Floyd both of Newberry; daughters, Mavis Beasley of Dunn, NC, Josalyn (Dave) Rowe of Prosperity and Angelica (Eric) Shealy of Newberry; brothers, John V. Floyd, Sr. of Columbia, Wilbur Floyd of Pomaria and Curtis Floyd of Newberry; former wife, Maria Floyd of Prosperity; thirteen grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Cross Point Church located at the Prosperity Civic Center by the Rev. Jeff O'Dell. The family will receive friends following the service at the Newberry Shrine Club. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital, 950 West Farris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
