Rebecca "Becky" Faircloth

Rebecca “Becky” Faircloth, 47, of Pomaria, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.

Becky was born on February 18, 1973 in Gainesville, FL. She was a caring mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Becky's heart was her boys, Nathan and Noah. She loved them more than anything.

Becky enjoyed spending time in the kitchen baking sweet treats for everyone. She was the one her family would turn to for advice. Her nieces and nephews often found themselves telling her their concerns and wishes.

She was employed by Doctor's Care for 22 years. Many of her coworkers were like family to her.

Her favorite vacation spot was the beach. She loved spending time with her family there. If you knew Becky, you knew she loved her naps with her blanket.

Becky is survived by her sons, Nathan and Noah Faircloth of Pomaria; her mother, Eloise Strickland of Pomaria; sisters, Lisa (William) McDonald of Greenville, Charlotte (Jamie) Amick of Chapin, Carol Ann (Gabe) Zeigler of Chapin, nephews, Matthew (Robin) McDonald of Greenville, Dalton (Chantel) Amick of St. Matthews, Brett Parker of Chapin; nieces, Jesse (Peyton) Hill of Whitmire, Gracie Amick of Chapin, McKenzie Parker of Chapin, McKayla Zeigler of St. Matthews, Jillian Zeigler of St. Matthews; great-nephew, Cole McDonald of Greenville; great-nieces, Gracelynn Hill of Whitmire and Raelee McDonald of Greenville. She was predeceased by her father, Leroy Strickland.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, December 19, 2020, at First Baptist Church by the Rev. Dr. Albert Allen. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the Boy's Farm, PO Box 713, Newberry, SC 29108.

Active pallbearers will be William McDonald, Jr., Matthew McDonald, Jamie Amick, Dalton Amick, Gabe Zeigler, Peyton Hill and Brett Parker.
