Roselean Lester

Roselean Epting Lester, 91, of Newberry, died Sunday, November 1, 2009, at her residence.

Born on October 22, 1918, in Lexington County, she was a daughter of the late George Tallie and Daisy Long Epting. She was a member of Silverstreet Lutheran Church.

Surviving is her husband, Marvin S. Lester; daughters, Brenda Kay Lester and Donna Lynn Lester both of Newberry; a sister, Katherine Hawkins of Newberry and a brother, George Epting.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at Silverstreet Lutheran Church by the Rev. Harry Crout. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Silverstreet Lutheran Church, PO Box 48, Silverstreet, SC 29145.
