Ruby A. Dominick

Ruby Elizabeth Adams Dominick, 91, of Silverstreet, widow of Martin Lester Dominick, died Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at White Oak Manor.

Born on June 15, 1926, in Newberry County, she was a daughter of the late James L. Adams, Sr. and Marie Rikard Adams. Mrs. Dominick was a member of Silverstreet Lutheran Church and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by a son, Jimmy (Teresa) Dominick of Newberry; a daughter, Shelby (Wilson) Felker of Pomaria; a sister, Sarah Adams of Whitmire; grandchildren, Travis (Beth) Tarver, Brittany Dominick, David Dominick, Jeremy Dominick, Garrett (Crystal) Felker and Adam Felker. Great-grandchildren, Gavin Medlock, Brody Medlock, Ella Felker, Alexis Bouknight, Cole Bouknight, Lane Dominick, Robby Curry and Sami Curry. Mrs. Dominick was predeceased by brothers, James L. Adams, Jr. and Thomas B. Adams.

Graveside services will be held at 5:00 pm Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Silverstreet Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Harry Crout. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Memorials may be made to Silverstreet Lutheran Church, 120 Long Street, Silverstreet, SC 29145.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the entire staff of White Oak Manor for the loving care given to Ma Ruby over the past five years.
