Ruth Martin

Ruth Louise Sineath Martin, 90, of Chapin and formerly of Summerville, SC, widow of Carlton Early Martin, died Monday, July 2, 2012, at her residence.

Born on August 25, 1921, in Charleston, she was a daughter of the late James and Irene Simmons Sineath.

Mrs. Martin is survived by sons, Carlton William Martin and Byron Edward Martin; daughters, Irene Lynette Spires and Karen Louise Stacy; sisters, Doris Hilton and Jeanette Murray; seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Live Oak Memorial Gardens in Charleston.
