Shirley Rutledge

Shirley Ann Rutledge, 85, of Prosperity, died Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at her residence.

Born on May 11, 1935 in Mammoth, WV, the daughter of the late Henry Hobert and Hazel Marie Wilinson Ash. She was a retired secretary and a member of Zion United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Rutledge is survived by her friend and former neighbor, Coleen Sizemore. She was predeceased by two husbands, Leslie Rutledge and Alan McCanne and a son, David Rutledge.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Zion United Methodist Church by the Rev. R.T. Bowling. Memorials may be made to Zion United Methodist Church, 80 Zion Circle, Prosperity, SC 29127 or to Hughes Creek Community Church, Hughes Creek Road, Hugheston, WV 25039.
