Steven "Jabo" Graham

Steven Eugene “Jabo” Graham, 55, of Pomaria, died Friday, June 20, 2014 at his residence.

Born on February 15, 1959, in Newberry, he was the son of Gerald and Barbara Sue Rauch Graham. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church and was employed with Warren Insulation Inc.

Mr. Graham is survived by his parents of Pomaria; sons, Adam Graham of Pomaria and Austin Graham of Columbia; a daughter, Audrey (Allen) Needham of Beaufort; a sister, Tracie (Forrest) LaCons of Pomaria; grandchildren, Grayson Graham of Columbia and Ezra Graham of Pomaria; a nephew, Chris (Kristen) LaCons; a niece, Jessica (Daniel) Hesson of Pomaria; great nephews, Kaleb and Gage Hesson and Graham and Carter LaCons; a special cousin “My Brother” Edward Graham of Pomaria. many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Oscar Lee (Nellie Rae) Rauch of Chapin; paternal grandparents, John Adam (Frances) Graham, uncles, Johnny Graham and Norman Frick.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, June 22, 2014, at New Hope United Methodist Church by the Rev. Kathy Carr. Burial will follow in Graham Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to McSwain-Evans Funeral Home, 1724 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108.

Active pallbearers will be Brian Smith, Johnny Ray Graham, Edward Graham, Charles Dyer, Woody Berley and Chris LaCons.

Honorary pallbearers will be the “Jabo's Place” Friends.
