Victoria Moates

Victoria Rose Moates, 23, of Prosperity, died Saturday, October 17, 2015.

She was born on April 12, 1992 in Columbia. She was a 2010 graduate of Mid-Carolina High School and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She always had a beautiful smile and was very outgoing. She was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Angelia Pascal (Edward) Taylor; her father, Robert S. (Danielle) Nesbit; sisters, Montana Holloway, Sharhonda Nesbit and Amber Nesbit; brothers, Justin Moates and Andrew Nesbit; maternal grandparents, Ted and Lavinia Davis; paternal grandparents, Brenda Nesbit and Roy Bryan Nesbit. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Sandra Jones and great-grandparents, Rev. E. E. and Margurerite Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at Bethel Baptist Church by the Rev. Scott Kierstead. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Special Olympics Area 5, c/o Shelby Benson, 200 East Centennial Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
